Jesús Angel Ugarte (General Manager)

An Industrial Engineer with 23 years experience specialising in Data Acquisition and Control systems. Responsible for the design and installation of the third generation data acquisition system on the jet engine test facility at the Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial (INTA), Madrid. The facility is classed as one of the largest in the world being able to measure 4000 parameters in real time on engines producing up to 140,000 lbs thrust.

Juan Maria Manteca (Technical Manager)

A Telecommunications Engineer with 27 years experience in the design and manufacture of aircraft engine and system test benches. Having originally started his career in Construcciones Aeronauticas S.A. (CASA Motores), he has been managing the design and installation of aircraft engine test facilities projects since 1975.

Juan Carlos Pérez (Quality Manager)

Graduated in 1991 with a degree in Physics. He started his career in Research and Development specialising in information systems and networks. In 1997, he became registered on the IQA International Register of Certified Auditors.

Allan Barrett (Commercial Manager)

Former Royal Air Force Engineering Officer with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering Science. He has worked on a variety of aircraft types as well as having 8 years experience on the EF2000 Typhoon Project, the first European project to be procured using Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
